  1. Hey Ezekielh, This video hit home for me. I have so many shoulds and I do have to turn them into “must” or what I like to call “I will” change these things and I have to do them now. For months I have wanted to start a new project and I’ve kept on saying I should get rolling on this project I’ve always wanted to do this so I’ve got to get started. Yet I just keep putting it off or it gets put on the back burner. Well after watching Tony (who btw we’re on a first name basis lol) I now realize that there are so many of us who are staying in the same spot because we are not motivating or we don’t have the faith in ourselves to make that move away from the should. So I’m going to “do” my project this month because I must do it and will find a way to do it.
    You know I don’t think Warren Buffet or “the Donald” got where they got by saying I should buy that stock or that company. Thanks for the motivational push!!!

  2. For me there are chances many for us can feel that our lives not go to waste, when we have to go to school, work or somewhere else , we could find joy in our lives. “Absorbed attention”. You might think that there is no point in doing something, that just doesn’t somehow fit you. Whatever it’s a school subject that you don’t like, or a job that you don’t enjoy. In fact, it’s possible to do any work, whatever your talented or simply interested in it. “Get friends”. It’s good to have friends to who you can tell your thoughts after the day is over. You might even live longer if you don’t have to feel loneliness. “Love” makes you feel good, it makes you strong and gives you energy. “Healthy body” makes you feel good. Someone who has felt the uncomfortable of being unhealthy will likely stay the healthy way. Go swimming or jogging and eat enough vegetables, fruits and don’t forget some meat etc.
